xrimz tire and wheel financing, is a ripoff, they tell you 14 business days to ship, but if it"s a special order add 5 days. I have yet to recieve any inforamtion, it's been 3 weeks now and still no word.They tell you they finance wheels and tires, and they are processing the order as fast as they can, they have been in business for years, but yet they take your down payment, they get you financed. but no items to be seen. don't buy from xrimz unless you want to wait a month or longer, who nows if and when i'll ever see my order. if you email them they will send you the same old excuses and story over and over.

tell me about it, they gave me the same BS, when. your buying they call you back but after they have your deposit all you get is a voice mail and never call you back. when they do. they have a millon excuses, that there checking employment or some other excuse . but before that they want you to send them a bunch of information about your self. they even send you the contract and tell you to sign because rims are ready to ship. I'm still waiting for tracking number so i can track shipment. I'll go this far I already got first bill to pay and dont even have the rims.. |

xrimz sucks a** i would never ever buy through them again its been a month in a half and i still haven got my rims yet! when i ordered them i was told i would have a tracking number withing 14 days and thats bs! i called and they kept telling me next week over and over! they are quick to make a sale but dont care about when to ship them! |

I seen these complaints from a few of you and just wanted to share my expierence. It wasnt as bad as I had prepared myself for. They got me approved and actually waived my downpayment for me. My order did get backed up because of some backorder issue. But they did contact me within 5 days from when I originally placed my order. Switched me over to higher priced wheel that they qouted me when I was first looking. Shipped my wheels and I had my wheels and tires on my car within 10 days from when I ordered. Few of my buddies also ordered from them and they got thiers within the 14 business days. From what Ive seen this company is like anyother but my Stacy was top notch and kept in touch with me until after my wheels got here to make sure I liked them. I would recommend them to others. Ive now had my wheels for about a week and my 1st bill isnt due for another month. |

ill share mine too. I havent had but one problem with these guys, took a while to get my lap top but my rims came within 2 weeks. Customer service has been really good they actually charged my accout for the laptop before i actually recieved it and when i told them they took the charge off and credited my account the over i paid for it early. they have recently moved and i know that was a big reason for the back ups. Lamar, sales rep, is great fast response on all messages. So far so good. And also my down payment was waived i actually got my rim order before paying a dime. |

I have had a very horrible time with these people. I ordered my rims two months ago and have yet to receive a tracking number! Had to change my rims because the nitwits didn't have the ones that I originally ordered (even though they "checked" and the rims were in stock at the time I originally placed my order). When they were trying to get my business, I received quick responses. Now, two months later, I am having a very hard time getting them on the phone and they NEVER email me back. This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with and I will never ever ever refer them to anyone, not even my very worst enemy! |

When you are dealing with people with bad credit that cannot get approved anywhere else... Guess what those are the one's that complain. The people with decent credit understand that delays may happen. I would be willing to bet that most of these complaints are from individuals that fall into the bad credit category. This company approved them with little or no money down. Get real people. You are not financing an iron lung or a rplacement heart valve. |

Xrimz has done business for years helping customers who cannot get approved anywhere else. The customers who complain the most are the who intended not to pay. Wheels and tires are not necessity items and there is no rush shipment. If you order a snuggie online it can take 3-4 weeks and most online ordering companies take 3 weeks to ship. No down payment, minimum credit approvals and a recurring credit account is hardly bad business. Patience is a virtue. |

Well I didn't really have a problem with them at all. I got my wheels in 4 weeks and they stayed in contact with me the entire time. Actually I live in Atlanta so I went to pick up my wheels. I'm in the process of ordering my second set of wheels for my convertible as we speak. They are great. |

Correction I got my wheels in 14 days and they stayed in contact with me even the warehouse that actually had my wheels. They are great and I am now in the process of getting my second set of wheels for my convertible. |

@ Lady79. XRimz is garbage when it comes to Customer Service no matter if you have excellent, good, or bad credit it doesn't matter because Customer Service is king. I know they are charging people money and securing loans for them and collecting the Interest while the Customer sits in Dismay not know whats going on. Also they charge double the cost of rims anywhere else so where the service in that. Get Real "Lady79", you probably work for them and just trying to shed some good light on a Terrible Running company situation. I heard that Virginia and New York Attorney General's offices are about to investigate them for fraud so Beware of their deceptive business practices... |

Please don't get me started on how TERRIBLE these people are. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Ordered 9/26 and it is 10/18 and nothing. They have stumbled over themselves several time. They go as far as calling their own employees liars. It's the most absurd thing I have seen. Talethia actually suggested that if I couldn't be patient THEY would have to cancel my order???????? Are you effing kidding me? You are going to throw away a 2100.00 transaction because you THINK I can't be patient? I will never order again nor will I recommend them to ANYONE. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. The worst I have EVER seen. |

I have dealt with xrimz before and it took about 3 weeks for me to get my wheels/tires. I have not had any other issues with xrimz. They have been very understanding especially when i had to change my payment due date. They was more then willing to help me with that. I have another car now and i just placed a new order with them. So if it takes 3 weeks thats fine with me. When you deal with a company who is willing to give you wheels and tires for nothing down and bad credit! Im sorry but you should have all the patience in the world. Because there is not many companies that will do this. So much love to xrimz! Thanks for giving me a chance! P.S. I am not an employee of xrimz... just a happy customer!!! |

Just wanna give a follow up on my xrimz order. I placed my order on 11/22 and I received my tracking info 12/8. Stating my Order had shipped! I then received a call from the shipping company R&L saying my rims will be delivered on monday 12/12. I'm not sure what you people are complaining about. But the shipping was faster then they said it would be, if you not count the weekends. And patriots rims are full of shit! The will check your credit! And not give you rims! Xrimz is more flexible then patriots rims and have the same selection. So take my advice xrimz is the way to go! Excellent customer service and fast shipping. Thanks again, xrimz! |

I am currently going through this same thing with them. I placed my order on 11/8 and still haven't received a tracking number. I call and they say that the company my rims are shipping from is backed up` and they are working quickly as possible. I call to check everyday and they will give me a day when they will ship then the day come around and I still have no rims. I bought my first set of wheels from them and got them really fast and that is why I considered doing business with them again. They would be a better company if they would be truthfull. |

i to ordered tires from this site. i had a little problem with fitment, and they helped me right through it. if you are going to deal with this company you have to accept the fact that you are paying a much higher price thatn you would if you where to buy them from a tire company in your area, but that is the price you pay for monthly payments. if you do deal with this company i strongly suggest that you work with "stacey" the guy is great and will keep in touch with you, and work with you, and tell you up front what you are paying through them versus buying them out right yourself. again if you are going to work with this out fit i can't stress enough to work with stacey. his extension is 123. leave him a message and he will get back with you. |

Having same issues as everyone els. But my shits payed off and they wont give me back the title to my car.
I also ordered up somthing in late october its now end of january and still dont have what i ordered.
Bunch of BS.
Maybe everyone should look into legal advice since they them selves are breaking there word on everyones contract of 14 days.
Id sure like my 3k back since the wheels retail was 1800. |

I had some issues with X-Rimz my self. I remember viewing the rims that I wanted and printed them out. I think if I wouldn't have printed them out I would've forgotten what the rims looked like. It really did take forever. I remember speaking to the sales person to get my account established and once I selected and electronically signed my signatures x number of times I never could get back in contact with the sales person I spoke to. The nightmare didn't end there, later after I had paid for my rims I ordered some more. I went through the same process but it took longer and I decided to cancel my order. I recieved threatening e-mails in my inbox. I had to go to the head person to get the harassment to stop and my order was canceled.He apologized and seemed very shocked that his workers sent mail like that. I for one will never go back.
