I wanted to earn some extra money, and thought the internet would be a good way to do it, since someone in my hometown was already doing it. I learned how to sell on eBay, but it didn't end there. "I should have my own store". 3xp Web Solutions said they would build a website for me and Tracey, a salesperson, said she would even stock it for me. This was in June or Jul 2010. I paid several thousand dollars for a "large" store. I realize I was foolish, and I am accepting my responsibility for it, but I refuse to continue to pay a monthly fee of $29.95 for something that I have never used nor do not intend to. This was supposed to be a charge for use of the store. I have never gotten the store up and running. I have notified them that I would no longer be paying for this and to stop billing me. However, they have continued to do so. I want to stop all of it. I believe this is a scam.

| I too am being billed from Silver Ranch Web Solutions for a $29.95 monthly fee. I did sign up with 3XP for a storefront online and will take responsibility for their hosting fee of $29.95, but am not willing to continue to pay the other $29.95 from Silver Ranch every month. I just called and had my hosting fee for 3XP put on hold because I do not have my website registered with the State I live in, do not have my business license yet either so therefore do not feel I should pay these fees until I get the proper licensing and am ready to start selling online. I have filed a complaint as well with the BBB, but according to their website their have been other complaints that have been closed because Silver Ranch Web Solutions does not contact the BBB back. I contacted the number posted for this Company and it goes to a Sprint PCS voice mailbox. |

| Silver Ranch Web Solutions and 3XP are tied in together in their scams. No service from either one of them when paying them both a monthly fee to help you get your website up and running. 3XP gave me no help and as far as Silver Ranch - no one answers the telephone and if you happen to get a voice message they do not call back. They borh need to be shut down by the Phoenix District Attorney. If you can't get no help from them maybe we should take it to the US Attorney's Office. I recently contacted my credit card company and put a stop to all future bills from both of these companies. I still have not heard a word from either of them. |
