I have recently agreed to treatment from the belgravia centre and they have issued me with minoxodil and propecia. I was very happy that i was going to finally do something about my hair loss problem and received the goods in the post. However, after 3 days of taking the treatment my girlfriend made some enquiries online regarding the side effects of these drugs and was astounded to find that the propecia has some potentially serious side effects. I called them up and asked them why I was not informed of this and my consultant PAM who was dealing with me tried to deny that I was misinformed of the side effects and would not take responsibility. She was rude and in the end slammed the phone down on me. So I e mailed the director Marilyn Harris and explained the situation and that I wanted a refund as I was miss-sold the product. The response I have received is atrocious, I have been called a Liar and a Bully yet never respected as a customer. I will be making official complaints to the governing bodies and taking Belgravia to court in pursue of just over £200. Yes just over £200. For an organisation that claims they have the best success rate of any clinics worldwide they certainly lack in customer service. For such a big company you would expect them to record there telephone calls then this type of problem would of been easily resolved but apparently they don't, this is probably because they know that their sales staff, the likes of PAM are pushy to close the deal and hide certain elements of the truth when taking there prescription drugs. My advice would be make sure you check all the possible side effects yourself because they will not inform you correctly, the only thing theywill tell you is that propercia may cause loss of libido. For anyone who is concerned google the following. " post-finasteride syndrome " The truth will be told.
