There is a scam masquerading as an online high-end shoe store, named Shoes Mall Baba. Two weeks after placing an order for $60.50, and paying with PayPal, I received a cheap mouse pad from a private courier instead of the shoes. I was required to sign for the package, and that way they could show PayPal that they mailed a package that was received by the Buyer. Here is another catch PayPal requires the Buyer to return the incorrect merchandise to the Seller, and provide tracking information. The mailing cost of the package, with tracking, from the U.S. to China, will run anywhere from $30 to $75. The Seller is betting that nobody will want to incur that extra expense. What a great scam! Today, I was informed by PayPal that they would not be honoring their Buyer Protection Plan on my purchase because I refused to send the ridiculous $3 mouse pad back to China. So, I will be closing my Business PayPal account, and the PayPal Debit Card has been cancelled.

| The same thing happened to me on May 28, 2011 and paypal also closed my dispute saying that the seller had provided proof of delivery of the cheap christmas winnie the pooh mouse pad which I have thrown in the trash as I would never even use the item but not my shoes. My purchase was $27. 47 soIi guess I am luckier than some. This person really cleaned up based on the complaints I have seen online and paypal enabled them. I am also going to close my account with paypal. They claim that they don't willing do business with fraudalent companies yet customer after customer seem to have informed them that they are dealing with a fraudalent company. Right now shoesmallbaba's website is offline but I am sure they will resurface as some other complany. Obviously, paypal doesn't verify who they are doing business with and the consumer is the one that gets ripped off. I am furious but have learned a lesson about who not to do business with. |

| F.Y.I. Our pal, Junlan Li is working under a new name. Shoesmallbaba.com is now angela-shoes.com. Same scam with a new address. For those who haven't done business with this joker, the new shoes you bought at an unbelievable low price (and free shipping to the world!!) will come in the form of a mouse pad. |

| This happened to me as well but their website was www.angelshoestore.com (which is not working) I bought a pair of shoes for $33.80 was directed to paypal. A few weeks later I received mouse pad. I tried to email [email protected] and did not receive a response. I filed a claim with the better business bureau against paypal and we'll see what happens from there. Paypal has closed my claim and will not issue a refund but I believe the bbb will be in my favor! |

I WAS ALSO ANOTHER WHO PAID 150EUROS FOR A STUPID MOUSEPAD. AND AGAIN PAYPAL CLOED THE DISPUTE SAYING THEY HAD PROOF OF DELIVERY...PAYPAL HAD A NAME THAT SHOULD HELP THEIR CLIENTS AND THE THE CON ARTISTS, I CANT BELIEVE THAT AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINT THAT THEY STILL PAY THE AMOUNT TO THEM- HAVE THEY NEVER HEARD OF BLACKLISTING...

| I also fell for the really low priced shoes deal. I am so glad I just happened to read this before receiving my "mousepad". I will refuse it if it arrives after almost 3 weeks now. I called to block my card and now have to dispute the charges(the scum bag already got his money). I can't believe no one can trace and arrest this thief. You would think that someone like that could get an honest job with their smooth operation skills and make an honest living. |

| I also ordered a pair of sneakers for my daughter at $34.43 and got scammed with a stupid mouse pad. A few minutes after i ordered the sneakers I started to Google Angela Shoes and found many websites claiming it is a scam. It was to late to cancel the order. I read that a mouse pad will be delivered as part of the scam. They also mentioned not to sign for the package because it will not be what you ordered. So I waited three weeks and sure enough a package got delivered to my house. While the post man was waiting for me to sign the slip i looked at the package and felt it to see what it could be. It definitely wasn't a pair of sneakers. It was a flat plastic bag and it felt like a mouse pad was inside. I refused to sign and told the postman to take it back. I called the credit card company and told them about the scam. They credited my account. I am now calling paypal to do the same. WHAT EVER YOU DO, , DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ANGELA SHOES!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!! BUY FROM A KNOWN WEBSITE. And research the website before you order. Don'y buy anything that comes from China, most scam artist come from there... |

Like all the others above, I also got scammed. Fortunately for me, I learned about the scam once I noticed my delivery was taking longer than usual and reading all the posting on the company. I informed my family members to refuse any packages delivered to me. The UPS later left a notice to pick up item at postoffice. I went to postoffice and asked to see the package, but immediately realized the item I ordered could not possibly fit in the small floppy package, and refused it telling them to deliver it back to sender. I then contacted paypal who quickly refunded my money.

| I THANK YOU ALL FOR THE COMMENTS. I BECAME SUSPICIOUS AFTER A FEW DAYS WENT BY AND I HAD REC'D NO RECEIPT...ONLY A PAYPAL RECEIPT. I THEN SEARCHED FOR COMMENTS AFTER 4/5 DAYS AND FOUND THIS SITE. I AM NOT CONTACTING PAYPAL FOR A REFUND.. |

The same happened to me. I only found this website after hours on the net after I becam suspicious like others have. I am in Australia and paid $101 for shoes. I received a stupid kid's bag with Poo Bear on the front. My husband signed for it as I was not going to.
Long story short, paypal want me to return it with traking, might cost me over $50 and they won't accept it. I bet the address is fake anyway.
What can I do? I feel like an idiot for falling for the scam, but really I am just so angry and want to take these c***s out!
I will never buy from a site like this again and I hate paypal as well. They let them use paypal to scam money out of ordinary shoppers.
Paypal encourage online shopping but don't want to know about it when it goes bad. |

| I feel like the biggest idiot I just received a stupid little green keychain in place of my leather boots I ordered from xx-shoes.com. I paid $116 through PayPal at bet I won't get it back. You would think PayPal should know they are fraud and not accept payment to begin with. So frustrated!! |

| Hi everyone, I was looking to buy from xx-shoes.com but thanks to this site i wont. but i wanted to post about this site http://www.aashoesbaba.com/index.php?main_page=index that looks like it could be made by the same scammer because prices, website design and website company is very similar!!! I haven't been able to find any information on this website so i thought i will post about it here. but if this site is legit please correct me. hope no one else falls to their scam...i was shocked to read these experiences after this site: http://www.webutation.net/go/review/xx-shoes.com# says they are 80/100 ... but not knowing what they base their score on i ignored it and am glad. thanks to all who shares their experiences and makes everyone else aware! :D |
