SHAYNA MCCULLOUGH IS A THIEF AND GOES BY SEVERAL DIFFERENT NAMES, INCLUDING SHAYNA HAGERTY, SHAYNA BADBETTY AND OPERATES UNDER THE BUSINESS NAME OF CRE8 DESIGN STUDIO AND POSSIBLY INSPIRE DESIGN. SHE ALSO OWNS AND OPERATES THE BAD BETTY PODCAST. I HAVE BEEN HUNTING FOR HER FOR TWO YEARS NOW AND I FINALLY FOUND HER. I ASKED HER TO DO SOME WEBSITE WORK FOR ME AND SHE BARELY DID ANYTHING! SHE TOOK $2500 FROM ME AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. SHE JUST GAVE ME A BUNCH OF PICTURES OF WHAT SHE WAS SAID SHE WAS GOING TO BUILD AND THEN WHEN I ASKED HER FOR CHANGES SHE ASKED FOR MORE MONEY. WHEN I TRIED TO GET AHOLD OF HER SHE DID NOT ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. SHE DOES NOT USE PAYPAL OR TAKE CARDS AND WILL ASK YOU TO WIRE HER MONEY DIRECTLY INTO HER ACCOUNT, BUT ONCE SHE HAS THE MONEY SHE WILL DISAPPEAR. SHE ALSO STEALS WORK FROM OTHER PEOPLE AND CLAIMS THAT IT IS HER OWN. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I FOUND SOME OF HER WEBSITE EXAMPLES IN HER PORTFOLIO ON OTHER WEBSITES WHEN I GOT SUSPICIOUS AND STARTED DIGGING. SHE HAS SEVERAL BUSINESS NAMES AND ALIASES THAT SHE GOES BY - SHAYNA MCCULLOUGH, SHAYNA HAGERTY, SHAYNA BADBETTY (JUST LOOK ON FACEBOOK), 1INSPIREDESIGN.COM CRE8DESIGNSTUDIO.COM, BADBETTYPODCAST.COM IF YOU GIVE HER MONEY YOU WILL BE SORRY. SHE WON'T DO THE WORK AND WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEN YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM HER AGAIN.

All Scam Alerts and Fraud listings on the Internet about me are being posted by Scott Lonis of Webguru4hire. I currently have a restraining order against this man for 5 years and he has 3 criminal charges against him in the Ventura California courts, which he has already served time in jail. He is posting scam alerts about me all of the internet in an attempt to ruin my business reputation and bully me. Please disregard these false claims about me and my business as they are completely untrue.

I have unsuccessfully tried to have these postings removed about me but the antiquated laws do not cover internet harassment and it is hard for a judge to cover something like this under a restraining order. If someone is trying to harass you and threaten you whether it be online or offline I urge you to contact the local police as this is illegal.
