I am cursing the day when I thought of having a pool table in my home for personal use "SHARMA BILIARDS ", Location, -, Wz-554-555, Srinagar Colony,Near Britannia Chowk,Opp Ram Mandir, Street No 1, Rani Bagh, Delhi . They said that
they are authorized agents of "Pool table in delhi 2010 games" and RCI. I was given a very rosy picture of the Pool table and lured into booking a pool table with imported pool table accessories", . I paid Rs.10,000/- and Booked Pool table (offering booking ) But on 11th Dec'10, when I got the pool table ,i was amazed to see a pool table which look like new
but seems to be a used table after 15 days i saw some powder coming out form the pool table legs i called up Mr AMIT SHARMA he said its a polish problem and we will repair within a few day after desired date, then they made 100 excuses
and did not boys to do the work, e.g., the we have hundred order pending , you have not paid the full amount ,u haven't used the table as directed to use. I checked with billiard repair technician and they immediately confirmed Termites have entered in the wood .If MR SHARMA said that they r using Maple wood or Rose wood or African oak or Termites never attacked Hardwood .after repairing on my own with some pool table repair person he told me the table is used and all accessories used are of third quality(Chinese cheaper quality)give used marble slate slate paint and polishing the marble slate telling that they r original itallion slate. I want my cash back and need whatever help as may be possible for that. |

| I have been very craftly and sweetly cheated by Sharma Billiards Accessories. My wife received a call on 25 oct 11 by Mr. Anil mb no.09990989899 stating Delivery about the pool table. They purposely in planned manner had condition that the Delivery needs to be collected the same day also have to be collected before diwali . Tempted as such we painfully decided to install pool table after my tiring office hour. On arrival we came to know as we were made to sign a form of table transported in good condition. We agreed after some hesitation. In good faith and reputation of the company we took the delivery. It a did not make sense to me that why they had the Delivery note without seeing and checking the accesories. Now i make out their cunningness in that. There were two persons and rest all there own staff made to sit just to create an illusion of packness and customer care. Transported thereby demand of their transportation charges and paid. The Crowd and Rush was to prevent sound decision making of we customers. Then one person started fitting as very friendly and professionally very rosily comforting quality to us. Even after my repeated willingness for more time on deciding for installation the scheme they craftly lured me saying the great cheap offer was only for today and no time after diwali. All these things moulded me and very soon the installation took place giving no scope for cool thinking. Next day to some gut feelings i surfed net and read about Sharma Billiards Accessories cheating in your forum. As I checked the whole accessories f the table with one of my professional friends who is a player, I found out that I was been duped as I had order for a ITALLION Slates POOL TABLE, it was a marble slate painted in grey colour, cloth which was ment to be original 6811 with marking on the border was been duplicated with some Chinese cloth, Aramith (phenolic balls )was duplicated with XING CANG some Chinese company. I called up Mr AMIT SHARMA problem and insisted that it was hardly 24 hrs and pls change the accessories at once. we will repair within a few day after desired date, then they made 100 excuses and did not boys to do the work, e.g., the we have hundred order pending, you have not paid the full amount, u haven't used the table as directed to use. Why should i bear the heavy loss of Rs 100000. Now please guide me what should i do to get my money back. |
