Please beware of this towing company. They create these false documents for apartment complexes knowing that the owners and tenants don't know the Illinois Vehicle Law/Codes. My car was parked in the driveway of my apartment complex. I came outside the next morning to find out it was towed. When I called Midnight to find out why, they told me I was parked in two spaces. After some research was done, I found out that no towing company can tow cars from a private parking lot without the written consent of the owner. After paying the fee to get my car back I noticed that there is a section on the back that allows you to file a complaint with the commission police that regulates all towing companies in Illinois. I also reviewed the document again and the address of where they state my car was towed is no where near where I parked my car. When I confronted them via phone about this the guy fell silent for 2 minutes. His final response was well, they use the closest address to where the tow is taking place. Again I told him that address that is listed is no where near my complex nor where I parked my car. He fell silent again. Then his next response was we tow if there isn't a sticker in the window. I told him my car does have a sticker. He fell silent again for a third time. I told him I see now that they just drive around and select random cars to tow. My suggestion to anyone that gets their car towed from them is to file the complaint, take pictures of the area where the car was towed, and review the laws for vehicles in Illinois. Their illlegal practices are against the law and they need to go out of business.
