I proceeded to carry out the work requested on his behalf. Proofreading a 65 page eBook titled: Smart SEM and creating a sales letter to sell the final product in question.

The English used in the eBook was appallingly bad throughout with most of the text (80%) being unintelligible gibberish.

I advised him that to be fair to consumers buying this 'product' that the eBook Smart SEM really needed a complete rewrite from scratch.

If this was presented to the market in it's current form, not only would he be doing the buying public a disservice but the sales letter could be looked upon as being quite deceptive in it's own right, since the disconnent between the English used in the sales copy and the English used in the final product represented such a massive disconnect.

The eBook concerned did not require simple proofreading. Without question, it needed to be completely rewritten from start to finish.

Upon subsequent written conversations with my client he took exception to my advice and immediately issued a full Paypal refund request of his 50% deposit paid.

Having spent over 10 hours communicating with Andrew Kurnikovs (Irmscher Warrior Forum) giving him my advice and expert knowledge, making editing changes to the eBook Smart SEM I am left with absolutely nothing at all for my trouble.

Andrew Kurnikovs has received over 10 hours of my professional copywriting advice including working on his eBook and sales letter directly - only to be ripped off out of any money paid by means of his 50% deposit paid and now forcefully refunded without any recourse or action I can take, to remedy said situation.
