| I ordered a Prince EX03 110 2011 model tennis racket for my wife from www.wilsontennisracketssale.com and instead they sent me a Wilson Hybrid six one lite BLX tennis racket. This company quickly charge my credit card and took the money. However, when I contacted them to request a refund the would return my e-mails. If would have know that this company was located in China then I would have never ordered from them. Of course they will never advertise the fact that their base in Bei Jing China. "Don't buy from this company they will pull a " Bait and Switch" |

| I just called my bank to file a claim against them. They quickly charged my account and I haven't received a tracking #' and it's been over a week! Their email is bogus, I ordered from Christian Loubitoun boots. |

| Yes, I experienced the same thing as well. Bought 2 frames. Not only that they got my order wrong. The frames they sent are not authentic as well. |

| I ordered something from their site and didnt get anything (it has been 7 weeks)!! Here is the email that comes with the receipt: [email protected]. When I contacted them, they gave me a fake tracking number that didnt work and none of them spoke english (via email, I mean. When I asked for a phone number, they told me they didnt hve one. They also told me that my order failed and that i needed to order again (but they did take the payement). So, I had to change my credit card number. They also wanted to bill me for THREE of the same items I ordered when I had only ordered 1. So be careful, this company is a scam, it is just a bunch of stupid chinese people making crap in their basement nd pretending it is legit. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!IF THEY HAVE A PHONE NUMBER THAT IS OUT OF SERVICE, YOU KNOW ITS A SCAM... |
