This pathetic, degenerately lousy company does not give two sh*s about your safety or the dangers of the post that you are dumped at! They are SEXIST, HOMOPHOBIC, RACIST not to mention discriminate against the DISABLED and also AGE discrimination. I worked at a studio that was visited by the former SECOND LADY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and there were LOADS of SECURITY BREACHES throughout the post and I got into loads of trouble for documenting about the dangers of the post. We have had ROBBERIES, BREAK-INS and also THEFTS through out with nothing being done to prevent repeats of the various crimes and dangers that plagued the post. We had POOR TO NO LIGHTING throughout the post and they had the nerve to ask if we do patrols through out the stage area, which was about 100,000 THOUSAND SQ FEET. IN THE DARK so they can conserve energy! We were like; you gotta be kidding us! keep in mind that the post is a stage with NO WINDOWS; which means it is PITCH BLACK!!! The post was creepy as it is and with all of the broken doors, locks missing from gates and giant holes cut out of the fences and chains and locks cut with bolt cutters and generators stolen from the sets and trailer doors pried open with crowbars or some other blunt object. The second stage involved walking down a DARK and DESERTED, INDUSTRIAL street to hit the DETEX chip that was in the back of the prop stage building. Oh and by the way; you had to walk through a DARK, UNLIT ALLEY TO GET TO HIT THE CHIP!! It was sooo DARK that a prowler could STAND RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING AND YOU WOULD NOT SEE HIM!!! The street lights were all out except for maybe TWO OF THEM!!! After repeated concerns about the lack of lighting and the rash of BURGLARIES, BREAK INS, and ROBBERIES and other incidents, NOTHING was done to address or correct the problem with the issues or the lighting. On scary Friday evening me and another guard was working the graveyard shift and the shitty ass post commander placed her at Stage B, which was even more dangerous than Stage A, i was at Stage A and she told the PC that she was concerned for her safety and what if something was to happen to her while she was on patrol, what if someone hit her over the head and his response was; WELL I GUESS ILL SEND FLOWERS TO YOUR FUNERAL and left the post!!!! We both stood there with our mouths dropped open in utter disbelief!!! As he was leaving he noticed her mace on her key chain and told her that she should not be carrying that and that it was illegal and I told him that he was INCORRECT and she and I both have permits to carry mace. He then left and told us not to call him after business hours! I told the other officer not to patrol back there and that her safety comes FIRST and f*k what he says I too have not only mace but a stun gun and a high powered one at that. I had a extra one and gave it to her to use for her protection at Stage B. The PC observed me speaking Spanish to the cleaning crew and stated to me that he didn't know that I had spent time south of the border! Real racist shit. What the lame ass fuck didn't know was that two of the workers spoke perfect English! I can go on and on about this inept outfit believe me. This is one company you DON'T want to WORK for ever, if you can help it!!!!
