LeanSpa, LLC Did not adhere to 14 day trial, withrew money early, put my account negative, incurred charges totallin $220. Orange, Connecticut *EDit

On 12/31/10, I ordered Acai Berry, from LeanSpa, LLC. The terms & conditions stated, that I had 14 days, to try the product, or cancel. I called, on 1/13/11, I spoke with a representative, to sancel, who informed me, that the company billed me a day early. I called, on the 14th day. The amount taken from my account was, $79.99.
Needlee to say, they did not adhere, to their own terms & conditions. Due to this early withdrawl,, I had two checks bounce, one of which was ree-deposited, twice, & each time I was charged a $35.00 insufficient fee. The total of insufficient fee's, was 6. I also incurred, 2 $5.00 charges, after the eighth day, because my account was negative, as well as two insufficient fees.
I called the company, & the representative was very rude. She stated that, they do not pay, for these charges. On 1/14/11, they refunded the original, $79.99. I'm on Social Security Disability, & didn't have enough money, to pay my bills, medications, etc. I finally, contacted the BBB, in Connecticutt, & come to find out, LeanSpa, LLC, does not belong, to the BBB, and just this year alone, has had over 250 complaints. On 3/4/11, I did receive a full refund, for what I was asking for. I was one of the luck one's. I strongly suggest, not doing business, with this company!
