We had a king size bed ordered (frame, matress, and foundation) before Christmas, and knew this would not be arriving until after the holidays. When this was purchased, first off, the foundation they were selling was entitled "King Foundation" and nowhere did it say that this was a split foundation consisting of two twin box springs. They came to deliver the first time on 1/5/11 and only had the king size matress and one twin size box spring.

We had to go back and order the second box spring individually, which turned out being more than the initial price of the whole set. (I should say we did get the frame, though, earlier that week). We talked with the customer service and told them that we wanted to "collaborate" the order so all three pieces would arrive at the same time, given we have a tiny apartment and don't have room to store pieces as they're shipped in one-by-one. They told us that we would recieve our delivery today, 1/26/11.

Here it is, today. Yeah, they screwed up AGAIN! This time they only had the two box springs and NO MATRESS! How long really does it take a CORPORATE company to collaborate one person's order? So, they tried telling us today that they will collaborate the order again, and ship it on 2/9/11! Wow, really?! Another two weeks wait for the bed I've been waiting on fora month now? We've cancelled the order and are going to be going with another furniture store in search of sleeping comfort. I wanted to post this so people would have our story as to why Sears is a horrible choice for shopping... and shipping.
