| Joshua Williams ripped me off! He told me it would be a few days to design a logo and he insisted that he be pre-paid. He failed to produce a paid invoice and insisted that I download a software so he can "drop" the invoice in it so I can retain a copy since our emails "don't work". As soon as I downloaded the "drop box" software from his website, which benefited him somehow in my opinion, he can all of a sudden email me?? After days, he finally sent me logos that resembled nothing as I instructed him to do. In my opinion, one looked like a scam of a logo belonging to a local venue here. He said he would revise a logo...days later, I still have not received anything. Finally, I just said, I'll use one of the original logos just so I can acquire a product, since I've already paid for it! He said, "OK". He would email it to me...that was 3 days ago and still have not received the logo. He does not return calls, emails, or text messages. When he does, he makes a claim he'll do something and doesn't do it. In addition, he told me he was licensed when we first met. In my research, he is neither licensed in the city of North Las Vegas, county, or state! Joshua Williams is a SCAM artists!!! |

Let me address this situation, This is a personal attack on me and not my company. Yes my name is Joshua Williams...I have multiple business licenses...for different ventures. Second, I have a process on logo creation. It is a 3 step process. Alfredo (the one complaining) wanted all of the concepts up front. I usually do one concept, get a review from the business owner, then work on concept 2, then 3. This helps refine the process and get exactly what the client is looking for. Alfredo insisted all concepts be done at once and emailed. I complied. Alfredo did not like any of the concepts and wanted more when only paid for my introductory logo package. I told him it would cost to design more. I emailed him the files and put them in the drop box. Drop box is a free program that is great for sharing large files. It is impossible to email anything over 10mb to most emails. Afterwards I took off for a period of 7 days on vacation. When I got back I had over 15 messages from Alfredo. On the night I got back I jumped on the computer and realized I did not press the send/receive button on outlook ( my fault ) I texted him and apologized and sent them immediately. A few days later I find this review. I find this very disappointing because I have been doing business for years with only a handful of "unworkable" clients. Alfredo I hope you think about your statement and not call me a scam artist. I have never taken anything from anyone. If you are on the verge of declaring bankruptcy from the $150.00 usd you paid me let me know...Ill issue a refund. I am a honest hardworking individual that has helped out hundreds of businesses increase their overall ROI. To Alfredo...good luck...
