Can you say Pyramid Scheme? Let me just say that this company is full of promises promises promises...and empty promises at that. They lure you in for a job interview under the false pretenses of the prospective position as Office Manager. What a joke!

When you get there the first interview is 3 minutes long. They tell you to call them back and then they hire you and make a point to tell you that they turned down a lot of other applicants to hire you. Then they ask you to come back for the next day for a final interview. When you arrive on Friday for the final interview, you are shown to a room where there are anywhere from 5 to 15 other applicants awaiting the final interview. Next, someone comes in and starts to talk big and fast to get you excited and motivated. They go on to discuss that they are a wholesale fragrance company and they are going to train you to be one of their office managers. They continue to explain that you are garunteed $200 - $500 per week while you are there for training.

Let me tell you...you won't see that money! You will be lucky to get $20. They tell you that in order to learn to run your office and your "distributors" you have to learn to sell product yourself and once you get good at that then you will be promoted to the next level of training. Well, if you don't sell anything...you not only don't get promoted, but you also will not make any money!

They have you go out on a Wednesday, your third day of training and try to sell product. This consists of hustling and harassing anyone and everyone you come across. This means people in parking lots at places like Big Lots, Dollar General, Fast Food places, Gas Stations, etc...even harassing people at the gas pump while they're trying to get gas and be left alone. What a Crock!

The real kicker is that if you do open an office, you will be the manager of people you are sending out everyday to go hustle out on the streets just like you.

No thanks. I think I would rather find a REAL job...preferably, one that actually pays me!

Everything with these companies are very scripted! Be warned.

The main company is Scentura Creations, but once someone opens their own office...I mean, if they open their own office...then they pick a name for their office...this is very cleverly designed so that locals won't get too keen to the scam, because the company name is always changing. The ones I know of in the St. Louis Area are:

Encore, in Earth City

American Advantage, on Gravois

And Pheonix Enterprises...not sure where they're located. Some of the main names of those involved are April Greenwood, Khrystal, Richard and Justin

Unfortunately, it seems there’s a lot of negativity and false information circulating the internet regarding Scentura, and I think it’s based mostly on people’s misunderstanding of the Scentura Opportunity. I thought I’d post something brief that would help make things clear.

First of all, Scentura Creations is a manufacturer and supplier of rendition fragrances. They distribute their product line to Independent Wholesale Business owners throughout the U.S. They’re unique in that they provide merchandise without any capital outlay to these Independent Wholesale Distributors, meaning they don’t pay Scentura until after they’ve sold the merchandise. This is key because it removes a huge barrier of entry into business… Inventory costs.

Second, the sales model used by most independent businesses that sell Scentura’s products is that of Direct Selling. It’s a business to business, face-to-face sales strategy that has worked for over 35 years. It’s not glamorous, and it’s probably not for everyone, but it just works.

Last, and most importantly, Scentura doesn't ask you to invest any money, it's not a franchise, it's not a pyramid or multi-level marketing business, there's nothing to purchase, there are no sign-up fees. The only thing required from you is your time and hard work, and you’ll get a chance to run your own business. How many companies out there are willing to offer that?

It probably sounds too good to be true, but it makes sense when you understand Scentura's incentive: It's a Win-Win scenario for everyone. You get a chance to own your own business, and Scentura gains a new customer, which means more volume. If Scentura only dealt with individuals who had hundreds of thousands of dollars to invest, they'd be waiting a long time,
especially in this economy. So they're willing to take all the financial risk.

Again, this is not for everyone, but the opportunity is definitely real, and many owners have gone on to make six-figure incomes running their own businesses that sell Scentura's products.

I recently opened my office, even though i went through hell to get there it still wasnt worth me staying there. Justin and April are dating and he is a abusive prick who only touches women, he will come to her office and make a scene, and will act 100% non professional. He actually doesnt even own an office anymore due to beating the shit out of April, Richard black listed him from the company. Now I know this from my experience there April isnt even professional when you go on freaky friday, fun cars, and even satelite trips with her she drinks in the feild, she will be drunk by 6pm. I have had to baby sit her almost everytime i have had to work with her. The company invintory is always off she has tons of product at her house which is on Meramec by Grand in south st. louis. If you are a remotely attractive man she will try to come on to you and trust me when you actually get to see her and the way she acts its not attractive. I have spent 5 months with the company and i have seen it all you work for pennies and the office is a shit hole plus its not professional. One more note she is not single even when she says she is she still wears her ex's $30, 000 engagement ring, and justin also is a switch hitter for her ex.
