Savings and Recovery Refund Specialists contacted our office and claimed auditors could lower utility bills, collect on any overcharged billing, and attempt to claim refunds or credits from the past three years. The audit was supposed to GUARANTEED 15% cost reduction during the audit period or no charge to us! Retainer was kept by their company! We were contacted by Savings and Recovery that offered to review our utility bills in effort to lower costs. Mr. Dale Senkovich visited our office on February 24, 2010. He received copies of all our utilities, including electric, telephone, and water. His analysis included three (3) utilities and retainer was based on all utilities. We were skeptical because our Class A facility was built in 2004 to be state-of-the-art that would not require changing or modifying anything whatsoever. This was communicated to all parties from the representative to auditing manager involved, including Annie Nugent, James Jim Valgean among others. We cooperated to the fullest extent. Everything was exchanged in writing. Shortly after the audit began, we were informed that there were no avenues for savings. We received an invoice in July 2011 stating a zero balance notifying us that the audit ended. We continuously expressed our concerns and the only responses we received were unprofessional excuses that lead us to believe this was a scam. We attempted to communicate again with all parties but have been unsuccessful with no responses. Retainer was kept by their company! We are demanding a full refund in the amount originally paid of $3,032 for false advertisement, fraudulent business practice and the inability to comply. Beware!!!!!
