These people are slum loards, they lied to me as a renter and said the home was owned by San Alano Management. There Rubber stamp from J. Bashara was on the grant deed, stating that City National Asset Group LP is the owner. There is no such Co, My Rent continued to go to address of 2271 W. Malvern which is ups office. I had Dee Dee come to home pretending to fix things and did not, my family had no heat in the home, when I fixed water heater and tried to deduct from rent I was given a 3 day notice and now they will not return any of my security deposit. The home is now up for sale by Eric Wolfe who is James and Jacob. The house has holes in roof, ceilings this home is a money pit. I have tried to contact old owner and City National and San Alano and continue to get the run around. I have been cursed at by DeeDee for harping on her to fix things in the house, I have emails where they threaten me to take them to court, their arrogance is outrageous. The only way to stop these jerks is for some one to help us victims and find these scam artists and put them behind bars where they belong. Please lawyers anyone please help!!!!!
Eric Wolf and accomplices please read this I will not rest until you are cought. You stole my rent. You had my family living on edge wondering if our roof would cave in or if bank was going to come knocking in the middle of the night to make us move. |

| Oh No - A Rubber Stampt? Oh you mean the grant deed which is STAMPED WITH A RUBBER STAMP?! Dumby. Yes City National owns the home and San Alano managed it - wow thats a strange arrangtement? Hmmmmm? Very crafty of us! You fuc*ing dummy! SO, Yvonne Aranda lived at this property, and this is her posting. Of course anonymously because she is a scum bag and a filthy pig. She stored her alcoholic mom in the back house and it was a filthy mess. She claimed the house was falling down and of course it stood just fine. It was a clean and decent home, but Yvonne Aranda is a Filthy Pig, and when you live like a pig then you should accept the slop you eat! Yvonne was served a proper 3-day notice in accordance with civil code and she decided to leave the house without notice, and of course no security deposit existed. She left us with a bunch of beer bottles, absolutely FILTHY walls, dust and dirt (its like they stored animals in the house), and of course with a clean up bill that would have far exceeded any security deposit she claimed. Welcome to the real world you PIG! |
