| SHAHAB KHAN also goes by the name ROY KHAN. He lives in Queens, NY and travels back and fourth from NY to Orlando. He also has family in Texas. My point is wherever he's traveling most likely he's robbing people in these areas. He befriends you, and comes off as this guy who has a decent lifestyle and wants to always show people that he has money. BUT the truth is he's a dam SCAM ARTIST!! He fools people about having tax lien propertys, and he's working with a lawyer to get the taxes paid on these properties so they can be sold and you can make a profit. But the truth is this is all a "LIE" he has literally STOLEN thousands of dollars from me and my family and friends, he truely is a SCAM artist and he needs to BE caught. OHH and that's not all. His parents are also in on it. All the money is swindles from innocent people whose just trying to make an extra buck he deposits it into his mothers account and when you speak to her about it she acts like she has amnesia. She works in a hospital in Queens, NY. THe worst part is he's still doing this and he needs to be stopped!! ROY SHAHAB KHAN IS A LOW LIFE SCAM ARTIST!! |

This scumbag Roy Khan signed a contract to move my stuff from NJ to Florida, took $3477 from me, then deposited the checks in his mother, BIBI Khan name. His wife Tricia Khan, and Dad Nasurdeen Khan are in this scam also. I hope Trump deports this criminal.

Call the Police. He poses as a moving company owner, takes your money, and does not show up. He cashed 3 checks from me for a total of $3777, and failed to show up on moving day.
He uses his mother BIBI KHAN to cash the checks. His wife TRICIA is in the scam also. He obviously used her to stay in our country. ROY is from PAKISTAN ????????.
He should be deported. We need to stop scumbags like ROY from coming into our country.

He has a story every time he has to make payment. He lost his wallet so has to cancel all account; his wife cut up his credit card cause he lost his passport. He had to cancel all his bank account (none in his name of course), he is a liar big time he is an embarrassment to humanity. He has young kids and uses them to gain sympathy. The court really needs to do something about persons like this crook. |

We rented a truck from this guy and paid him $4000.00 we had it for 2 weeks and it was repoed for non payment. He was leasing it and not paying on it and renting it out. He keeps giving us stories that he and his partner got into a fight and his partner repoed all the trucks he was renting out. He keeps telling my husband he will send someone with his personal truck. That’s been over a week ago. He’s a scumbag scammer. We reported the truck stolen with our local police and they are in touch with the new York police so we are waiting to see what happens with him. | My parents rented 3 tricks from him and gave him 12, 000.00 and then he took the theee trucks back and he had a job paying 25, 000 to go to Washington state. He took the triucks back. Then when it came time to pay he went missing and then it was excise after excuse . He was at his warehouse he stuck in Canada. Then he deposited two bounce checks into our account. After doing that I went to the police and gave them a report and when they pulled the bank camera it was him making the deposit. He needs to go to jail he robs people of their money this cannot be ok. |

Ok so I’m another victim of Roy khan for the same apartment. What I’m reading is ridiculous. I have a case in may and I need all your help. | I’m reading this and can’t belive what I’m seeing I supposed to move in March 10th but because he has a gas stove he said he didn’t pass inspection and they put a vacate order on the door so noone can move in there, I have him my deposit $2, 200 on feb 23 rd and every week he said he was giving me the keys I’m not sure who Bibi Khan is from my understanding that’s his wife when I looked up the address of bye deep of buildings it did say the issues about the apartment so I believed him.
