| SHAHAB KHAN also goes by the name ROY KHAN. He lives in Queens, NY and travels back and fourth from NY to Orlando. He also has family in Texas. My point is wherever he's traveling most likely he's robbing people in these areas. He befriends you, and comes off as this guy who has a decent lifestyle and wants to always show people that he has money. BUT the truth is he's a dam SCAM ARTIST!! He fools people about having tax lien propertys, and he's working with a lawyer to get the taxes paid on these properties so they can be sold and you can make a profit. But the truth is this is all a "LIE" he has literally STOLEN thousands of dollars from me and my family and friends, he truely is a SCAM artist and he needs to BE caught. OHH and that's not all. His parents are also in on it. All the money is swindles from innocent people whose just trying to make an extra buck he deposits it into his mothers account and when you speak to her about it she acts like she has amnesia. She works in a hospital in Queens, NY. THe worst part is he's still doing this and he needs to be stopped!! ROY SHAHAB KHAN IS A LOW LIFE SCAM ARTIST!! |

| i was scammed 185k... and the fucked up thing is that new york city still got him loose... i went to court and all they got for me is that we dont have enough proof.. what more can i give than ...the man sign his name and notorized it saying he took my money and ran!!! its been 3 yrs now am goin back and forth with the court... i can remember his father once said something to me ... he got people paid in high places so no matter what happens they will always get away with all the scam. if anyone knows something that i am not doing plz advice or help...i will gladly share what i got |

| this asshole has a court date SEPT 6 that i know for sure if anyone needs to find out ligit info go to nyc.gov inmate info you will know which jail he is in and what the statis of his case is doin call queens county criminal courts and give his name and ask for dates he is appearing. | On August 22nd he was arrested again for Larceny charges & is jail. No Bail was offered he was remanded. He is currnetly on Rikers Island. |

| Gotten, you said that you're gonna sue his parents, I wanna believe that you can do that, but the system is in his favor. His mother cashed a cashiers chech that was made out to her because he made me to believe that his 'company's name' is in her name. The judge's ruling was that she's not invoked. Let me know how you're proceeding to do this and I'll join/help you. |

| he cannot be let out, he is not only a scam artist, he is physically dangerous, as well. he hospitalized me as well as many other girls, who still have the marks as reminders. i have lots of information, documents, etc if it is needed to keep him locked up for life. he is the type who would take revenge on anyone who he thinks contributed to putting him away. he would never do the dirty work himself, he would always get someone else to do it for him. |

| So apparently he is out, and doing the same exactly shit, I'm dealing with him now, in a different way though. He is now saying he is in the foreclosure business, lend me and my brother $7500 and agreed he will repay me $12000 back. It's been 3 months and I haven't received anything yet. I have see him a couple times, I'm supposed to meet him tomorrow. I have made my own research and I have both of his car plates number. Florida and Texas. I have his wife's phone number and his recent cell number. If any of you guys need this information, get back at me. |
