Landlords beware Ron Moon who represents himself as Vice President/CFO of Black Star Universal, LLC illegally entered my furnished rental property with his manager "Charles". Ron Moon signed a lease but didn't pay stating amongst other things: ''we don't use banks we're so big we have a brokerage account with Morgan Stanley" and "I'll transfer the funds to your account." No funds arrived.
We told him to vacate. Ron Moon told us he had opened an account and transferred $50,000.00 so that he could pay operating expenses. The next day he called and told us that the bank had only transferred $2,000.00, when asked for a copy of the wire transfer he avoided answering.
Ron Moon is a liar, either he or his henchman Charles stole: 2 face towels, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, hairdryer, tv remote, the garage door remote and the pool keys.
After advising Ron Moon I was reporting the theft to the Police he returned the towels, garage door remote only after a number of conversations with him did he return the tv remote and a pool key.
Ron Moon promised to pay and lied and didn't, Ron Moon, Black Star Universal, LLC left the property without paying anything, landlords beware Ron Moon thief, Ron Moon and Black Star Universal, LLC Rent evasion, and theft.

This is the reply to the report made by this landlord. Our company rented the property from him with the understanding that the payments for the rent were a net15. after our staff was in the house for 2 days, he demanded that the rent be paid immediately. Since rent wasn't paid immediately he changed the locks allowing no access to my employee's personal belongings. This action is considered a violation of Nevada Landlord/Tenant Laws. It is called an unlawful eviction. Even though he committed the unlawful eviction, he sent our company an invoice for $3, 000 for my employee residing there for 2 days. He also stated that we illegally entered his unit which makes his whole complaint a contradiction and a lie. We have all documents and emails to back up our claim. We will be filing a law suit against this landlord, his property and company very shortly. We will not take the same actions he is taking and publish bogus reports. We will handle this in court and be requesting damages up to $1 million. Should anyone have questions about this report or our response please feel free to contact us at 702-990-3972 |
