River Front Chrysler Lied!! North Aurora, Illinois

We went to get warranty work for our Jeep at this dealerships service shop. We knew what was wrong and told them. They told us there is a $100 deductible on the work and we were ok with that. The service guy called us back and gave us about $800 worth of work that was needed and none of it was covered under warranty. We told them not to do the work because it didn't sound right to us. When we got there we were suddenly told that there was a $100 check out fee which we were not aware of, but the guy claimed he told me which was not true, and nowhere was it in writing. I believe they did this because we were taking the car somewhere more reasonable. They claimed it was to check the car but we already knew what was wrong and told them. We argued for a bit and we were called liars, then the service manager proceeded to put a hand in my wife's face while arguing. After we said forget it let's just pay and get out of here they refused to take a check from us and said cash only, well we don't carry cash so they refused to give us our car so we ended up calling the police to come. Funny how when the police showed up the service manager suddenly reduced it from $100 to $50 just proving my case that he was a liar. I would never do business with these people again and me and my wife both own Chryslers. Just to add to how shady this dealership is I took my above mentioned Jeep to a trusted local mechanic and had him check it out. comes to find out that the blower resistor they told me was not cover actually was covered by warranty, so that was fixed. And the power steering hose they wanted to charge me $520 to replace, I got replaced for $105 dollars. So for what this River Front Chrysler wanted to charge my $763 to fix. I got fixed for $105 so these guys are liars like I told them last week.
