Kim Titterness, the owner of the Krosswalk Pizzeria and Pub is a scammer and a liar. We rendered services in her establishment, and she used a myriad of excuses in regards to rendering payment. In addition, she conspired with the volunteer hosts to try to extort more money out of our company to get the voluneer hosts more money for their hosting duties. When asked about the last payment that was owed, Kim Titterness told me that she had not sent the last payment. In the same day, when asked by the owner of the company I work for, she stated she had sent the check and the check was cashed. The owner of the company checked his bank records, there was NO check, let alone a check from her that was cashed. All in all, if you decide to do business with Kim Titterness from the Krosswalk Pizzeria and Pub, make sure to make sure that she actually reads the contract she signs, and make sure you get payment in advance. As it is, her patrons who qualified for our poker championships in Everett Washington will not be allowed to play. As the money she still owes goes towards the overall prize pool for the players. When told that her players would not be allowed to play, her comment was; "I don't care". In closing, it is in my opinion that one should stay far away from Kim Titterness and the Krosswalk Pizzeria and Pub. She's a proven liar, she doesn't read the contracts she signs, and she cares about no one but herself. It's a shame that a bar owner like herself would be that selfish and ignorant. Bottom line: Do not do business with Kim Titterness or the Krosswalk Pizzeria and Pub.
