Richard J. Pepsney ATTY Affordable Finance Took 2000.00 for loan modification and did nothing but make me lose my house Red Bank, New Jersey

My husband I hired them to do a loan modification on our home. We paid them $2000.00 to do this. They never did anything but tell us that we had not supplied them with the information that they needed to proceed with speaking with our lender. I always kept all the information that we had sent them, and once I could prove of what was sent and when, they would tell us that they were working on it and would have a answer to us by within the next couple of weeks. This went on for several months with nothing. Final conversation with them thru email was that we could either have them proceed once again or get a refund. We had already gotten a notice that we were gonna be foreclosed on unless we could come up with $23000.00. So w asked for a refund and have been battling with them for the last 3 months to get our money back. My husband spoke the suppsed Mr. Pepsney and he said that we would get nothing back cause we did not give them the information that they needed to do what they were hired to do. I then faxed him 25 pages of emials that I had saved, saying that they had gottten all of our information and were working on our case. I was then contacted by the office manager that he had decided to give us our money back, but claiming no fault on themselves but on the company that they had hired to do this for them. Now the phone numbers that we had are diconnected and all of my emails are returned or not answered !!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM !!!
