Jennifer Iford rented a newly remodeled, very clean home from me. She was only supposed to have her young daughter living there with her, no pets. She had her juvenile delinquent son there also, and ALL of his friends. They did drugs in the house, broke windows, had two un-housebroken dogs, just completely trashed the house. The outside had just been painted the week before they moved in. They threw paint all over the walls, set fire to the garage and privacy fence, stalked the neighbor girl, never cleaned anything, broke shelving and left greasy hand prints on every wall in the house. Brand new stainless steel appliances left filthy and reeking of rotten food, mold growing in the freezer downstairs, dirt, broken. The house was full of trash. Carpets covered in dog feces and soaked in urine. Furniture broken, things stolen. and paid no rent for 3 months till I got her out of there. She was never home and allowed the children to run the neighborhood at all hours. They were on the roof, broke doors, just the worst low life people I've ever seen. I'm still trying to get what is owed to me. Rent and damages. What ever you do, don't let this woman rent from you. You will be sorry and may not have a house left! Take care!
