If you work for this company whose president is Brad Saltzman, you will 100% be sorry you've set foot in their office. Saltzman is KNOWN for not paying valet employees. They don't even post a pay period schedule and even if they do, they don't stick to it. I was paid cash most of the time and it was ALWAYS late! I hung on for a while hoping things would get better but it never did. Many other valets quit before me for the same reason. What a shame! I was happy working at the hotel where RHS-la got the valet contract. Find out where your local Department of Labor is because you will more than likely file a claim to get your paycheck. |

I AGREE 100%!! Brad Saltzman does not pay any of his employess on time at any of his businesses. This man should be ashamed to call himself a business man. I am filing a claim with the Department of Labor now!! |

The problem is Brad Saltzman has more rights than his employees. The fact is he is intentionally ruining the lives of many hard working struggling people and he knows it. He takes the money he makes from his various security accounts (mainly "Legacy Partners" who is aware of this issue but continues to employ him) and puts it some where (his ice cream business's perhaps?) but he definitely does not use it to pay his employees promptly or at all. He owes me money and I have already met with the labor board, it's a waist of time. They even told me If he claims bankruptcy he is clear of paying anyone and can change his company's name (again) and start over. Remember, he is a very connected man in the LA area. He knows how to work the system. He still lives in a house, drives a nice car and feeds his family. While employed by Brad I lost my home, had my car repossessed and went a month with no money to feed my new born child. There should be a LAW against business owners that intentionally abuse their right's as business owners. The bottom line is if you know what's good for you, don't work for him and don't hire him. |
