reusablebags.tv Took my money and have not sent any product based in Irving, Texas

I purchased a voucher in September 2011 for a site called reusablebags.tv On September 19, 2011 I placed my order and the email stated it would be sent in 10-14 days. On October 20th I called their 800 # 888-886-6250 and spoke to customer service who told me that everything except for my lunch boxes were mailed the day before and I would receive them in "a couple days" I waited until October 26th before calling back and there were no longer any cust service reps answering the phone only a voicemessage so I left a message and continued to leave messages every day thereafter. Finally today November 10th, 2011 I called Savemore.com customer service and waited for 28 minutes on hold before one of their reps answered, his name was Jonathan and according to him there are only 2 people that work at Savemore.com, he said he would call the president of reusablebags.tv to find out about my order, after waiting on hold for another 15 minutes he came back and said they were backordered and my order (still minus the lunch boxes) was mailed yesterday, yep they said yesterday again. I informed him that is what they told me back in October and still haven't recieved anything and he informed me that I have to wait until next week and call back and hope I can get one of the 2 people to answer a phone to see if there's a possiblity of getting a refund. Don't do any business with savemore.com or reusablebags.tv unless you want to lose your money
