STAY AWAY FROMONEWAYFURNITURE!!!

Ordered a product on
Sept 25. Was given an estimated shipping date of Sept 29. On October 4th they
changed the estimated shipping date to Oct. 05. Waited until the 5th then
started calling. First they state on their website that: "One Way
Furniture has representatives standing by via phone Mon-Fri 9:00-6:00pm Est to
assist you (631) 249-4390", This is a joke as you never get anyone on the
phone only a promise to get a call back within 24 hours, even if you are
placing an order. Never heard back. Emailed and received no reply.

I started searching online
and found the same item in Wal-Mart for about $70 cheaper. Decided to cancel
the order so filled in a cancellation form on their website. Next day received
a message saying the item was already shipped. Thank I asked for a price match.
They refused to price match against Wal-Mart.

Item was never delivered to
my house. When I contacted them asking for my money back they are asking for
almost $50 in stocking and return charges.

I asked to speak with a
person. Has been 10 days I have not heard anything from them. Today is 01/03/2011;
I don't even have a partial return.
