The Rest Report should be called "let us fleece you out of $750-1400 dollars report." This time you have the all star line up of Moe Bedard, recently out of prison, M Andelman, shyster extraordinaire and Brian Colombana, CA disbarred attorney marketing this "report" for your mortgage company can modify your loan. It is called a NPV report and it is marketed on loansafe.org, Moe Bedard's website. Let's just say this about Moe Bedard once a con always a con. How awful to take advantage of people who are desperate for a loan modification.
Dont buy the Rest Report unless you want to get fleeced! Report these shysters to the CA attorney general's office. |

You can get a free NPV report direct from the treasury that will tell you if you qualify for HAMP. The rest report is trying to sell you something you can get for free. If you go to the loansafe site, you will see that those who bought the report are having all the same problems as everyone else, and still have to go through the appeals process just like those who don't spend a dime to apply. Now they are planning to charge up to $3500 because of the time it is taking them to get a mod approved. This is after trying to convince people that with the rest report, getting a mod is suposed to be smooth sailing. If it is such smooth sailing, why a $3500 fee? The rest report is a scam, selling info you can get for free, and using the same processes available to everyone. Only real dummies need to use the rest report. They are using these free sites as advertising platforms, and are using paid reviewers to tout the product. |

REST Report is unquestionably a swindle! Mr. Martin Andelman is totally involved in the scam, though he pretends to be a consumer adovcate.
The REST Report is actually an epic swindle syndicated across many web sites and criminals located in several states.
Beware of one scam artist named Christian Dix. Mr. Dix operates out of Grand Junction, Colorado.
