| Had the same problem with this company and whilst they will not reply to my emails either I have tracked down some info that people may find useful. GO to this website: http://www.vikatec.com and type in rapidmanuals (all one word) and you might find the results interesting. I can trace them through various methods and I am taking them to court which for me is an open and shut case to include costs and compensation. |

ok it seems that you are being very rude and threatening to our staff that are only trying to help you with your refund. I have now withdrawn your request for a refund and will now require you to proceed with legal proceedings as you keep threatening to.. !

| I ordered a Peugeot 407 manual on 8th July 2011 Order No. 19366 and payment has been debited from my account. The manual never arrived and Rapid Manuals are not responding to my emails. |

My order #10187 for 24/06/2011 I paid through AlertPay I have not reveived my manuals up to now rapid manuals will not answar any of my emails I have now handed this to my Lawyers to have my refund of EURO 224.85 through Alert pay as they are responsible fro this order as they reveived payment proof I have on my bank statement still waiting reply.
Any one out there that can help I would be gratefull |

After waiting 18 days for a workshop disk to arrive and having no response to my emails I googled rapid manuals and it dawned on me that I was probably the victim of a scam.
Fortunately, I had paid via paypal and although it was only a cost of £5.99 I decided to report it to them.
Within 2hrs paypal had emailed me back saying that they had finished their investigation and my money had been put back into my account !!! Maybe this speaks for itself.

| I ordered from them payment taken from my account received confirmation e mail form moneybookers that my account had been debited.I went to log in this morning to track my order and it did not regocnise my username or password this set off alarm bells I then found this website have contacted bank and will be speaking to the fraud dept to get my money back |
