| Charles "Chad" O'Laughlin is a professional CON-ARTIST!! This lying, loser, piece of shit came out with his partner Fred over a month ago to contract work on my home! I signed and gave my 6500 deposit. This LOW LIFE still has not returned DOZENS of my calls and now has changed his cell phone number!! Please contact the BBB, the contractors board and anyone else to report this LOSER!! Please post any contact info you may have for either of these unlawful thieves!! Please help in locking up these SHITBAG LOSERS!! |

| It's funny how people post stuff and use a false name and know contact info. I will gaurantee Chad or fred would take anyones money and not do the job. Please if your going to right this stuff put out your contact info. I believe this is another company trying to make others look bad. If you need to weed out your compettition this way shame on. My husband worked for him from June 2010-Aug 2010. He ripped us off for nearly $19, 000 and stole my truck. We reported him to the Edmond, OK Police department and a file is on him about our stolen truck. Will I do anything in my power to try and take this man out of business. You betcha! Chad O'Laughlin claimed to work for Excel Roofing at 2104 North MacArthur Blvd, OKC, OK (405)224-7663. (we went to this address and it is a different company, they are not affiliated with Excel or Chad) We contracted with him to replace our roof and gave him $6, 000 up front for materials. That was on 7/12/2012. Since then we still do not have a new roof, materials/shingles or our money back. He will not return our phone calls but he has replied once or twice by text. He gave us another address of 1308 Janeway, Moore, OK. (we went to this address and it is a residence, a little boy answered the door and he did not know Chad or Excel Roofing) Now he has given us another address 1412 Salem Ave., Edmond, OK. Again, this is a residence. I have looked at the Oklahoma County Assessor website and Chad O'Laughlin is not the registered owner of the houses located at Janeway or Salem.
We also have a cell phone number (405) 757-5695. The other two people that were with him at our house during the estimate are Olivia Wilson and Cory Weitelman. I believe these are fake names...
If anyone has any information on how to catch this guy please call me at (405) 812-1567. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
