I drove for them for 3 weeks, I needed home time and during my home time my Great Uncle passed away. I am currently also waiting for another relative to recover from being attacked that is also in a coma with a serious head injury that may kill him or leave him seriously impaired, I asked Randy for more time off and instead I was terminated- I never met him or his wife. I never signed a contract. Iam not getting the 1.000 dollar deductable they took out of my check. I am losing money for the orientation,and 1 hotel night from orientation that I did not get to be alone in I had to share with another driver. I worked for 3 weeks with no pay and so far it looks like I may end up with nothing if I do not get a attorney.
