Qwest Worthless Cruel Internet

Qwest over charge me $250.00 for 3 modem. I order 1 modem than cancel because was moving so mailed modem back to Qwest they said will credit you back your money which never ever credit money back. I found out only moving up second floor from 1st floor same building so set up Qwest again because need internet for school work. Qwest charge me second modem which never ever order or wanted their service because moving. Qwest rip you off don’t do when they say will do it they lie don’t do the right job. They don’t keep records who you talked to and don’t keep records of notes when, time and who you called also don’t return your call when they say will call you back. 3rd modern never delivered to my apartment so they decided to charge me for deliver and service which never set up their service or order modem so UPS lost the modem Qwest charge me $140.00 for nothing. I called Qwest 6 times to fix the problem not much success so they are still charging me 2 modems which I have only one. When they said will credit you back when you return modem will they don’t charge you for closing account and last bill. Qwest kept saying I purchase 3 modem which I never ever purchase it I just rented only. Be very carefully when you decided use service Qwest.
