I have been playing on pureplay for at least 4 years. I am bipolar 1, and sometimes have a hard time calming down after someone upsets me. I will admit, there were a few times I got out of control, and pureplay muted me from the tables for a while. I was fine with that. However, two days ago there were 2 players that were calling me a no good motherfucker AND berating my disabled child, calling him a fat retard. The cursed over and over again. I filled out 3 separate abuse reports on them, but the next day they were still harassing me and according to the rules on pure play, they will mute you if you curse. They didn't mute the two girls, they let them continue to harass me. I had an argument with someone at a table today, I did not curse, but I did express my wishes and my opinions. I also need to let you know that I was qualified for the semi final tournament for the $10,000 WSOP, I wrote to customer service to find out what accommadations they offered for aifare and hotel stay. They wrote me back that it was my responsibility. I wrote them back that it is illegal to do that with a disclosure. Here is the law: Each Winner is responsible for the payment of his/her taxes on the Prize and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize, including, without limitation, travel, hotel accomodations, ground transportation, meals, gratuities and souvenirs. When I wrote them again about not disclosing the legal notice above, they banned me altogether. I was a paying member and they still have my credit card information. I know they banned me because they didn't want to worry about anyone finding out about the disclosure notice, and they also banned me so that I had no chance of the WSOP and it's too late to join another site and partiicpate now. When you make an abuse report on pure play, you have to fill out their form on the site and then send it. There is no way to keep a copy, however, when they reply they don't include the abuse report but have a link at the bottom of their e-mail to review your report. It's a bogus link. They had no right to ban me permanently from their site while taking my money for membership, especially this close to the finals. I believe they did it because they know they broke the law. |
