I purchased a time share but was shown one size and then was given another. Repeatly asked for correction no response. I finally booked my first year with rci but have been unable to use. very frustrating. In jan I asked that my second year be sent to rci so I could maybe find a time share this year but was not done. I called today again and was told my Pubo membership number was wrong. still no response. I have paid my fees and for the whole time share but as of three years later it is still in limbo. I am so angry I want my money back. But of course how could that happen no one will contact me. They do not have a list of owners or presidents or anything else I can use to contact them. I have close to ten thousand dollars invested and want it back. I cannot use as the one I purchased is in Matzalan and have been told not to go there as it is violent for vacationers and travel. THEY ARE KILLING AND KIDNAPPING PEOPLE. I want to use the two years I have then I want either to get my money back or quit the whole thing they are cheats. Orly was the one who sold it and he lied at every opportunity . He said it would be passed on to my children that it was lifetime now I found that it is not even true. I thought i was a honest person and that others would be honest too but that has not happened with this business at all. I now have read all the sites and have learned how dishonest they are. Please people do not use Pueblo Bonito they are the worst. You have to call Mexico to get any help as the 80 numbers are always busy. Of course another scam. My husband and I just purchased a Pueblo Bonito Timeshare last October 2012 when went for our anniversary. Our salesman Ian Collins guaranteed we would be able to use rental program to rent out our timeshare and make a profit. Our plan was never to stay but to rent it & use our Bonus Weeks. We have been in contact with them regarding this immediately upon our purchase. I tried to call Pueblo Bonitos customer service so many times and I cannot even get hold of our salesman. They lied, I am very upset and I'd like to do something to get this resolved. This is another forum with more complaints made on this company:
