I signed up with money tree merchant services for my wholesale business in 2008.the Rep offer me free machine and No year contract and cancelation fee which is very good
But there service is bad. you always can't find people if you need help and fees keep going up.so I closed my account in Dec,2009.
Money Tree Merchant Services sent me a postage packing slip to mail the machine back to them at their expense.which I did . I thought everything should be done.
But my account was automatic charged $39.9 by money tree merchant service globay pay up to 14 month without any statemant and notice .I did't check my account so often until I found out
In March 2011.
I e-mailed to the Rep why they still charged me 39.9 every month after my account was closed.
I was told they don't know the reason. it might there system problem and they promised me they will return the money to me. but one month late I didn't get my money back instead there is another 39.9 come to my account. I called customer service. the lady get my phone.she said she will talk to her manager and called me back. But I didn't get any answer from her.
so I called my bank and file a claim, my bank stop this company charge.
In may my account was not charged. I thought everything should be done. but this month I saw another 39.9 came from my account. They just change their name a little bit then they still can take my money out from my account.
I have to close my account to stop their charge.
they total charged my account 39.9 up to 16 month after my account was closed.
I don't know how can I get my money back.
