| I am another former employee, he did not pays! He closed PSG, as he has done with many other of his failing businesses, includin his wives day care services. It's a shame he calls himself a former Marine. His new company is Echelon Protection Services so be ware. He claims he's not the sole owner, but he is. I use to work a 24 hour shifts straight, just because he couldnt work it. I would cover his shifts all the time. I have filed a complaint in accordance with Title 8, Article 4 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, as amended. And will continue with further legal action. I will further update on case... |

| Mr. Sheets is not an owner of Echelon Protective Services in any way, he simply works in a management capacity in our Denver region. After careful investigation into all complaints online about him, we have found a mass majority of them false and lacking all details, therfore we hired him. Nearly all complaints about him originate from the same 3 employees out of the nearly 60 he had. Please do not make claims online.e about his ownership in Echelon Protective |

My name is Randy Garrison. I am the lead Legal Aid and internal investigator for Echelon Protective Services. I have been asked to cleaify the misleadings and false statements made by these same posters (of over 3 different sites). Mr. Sheets is not an owner of Echelon Protective Services. In June of 2011 EPS was going to purchase and merge Echelon Protective Services, where Mr. Sheets was going to have ownership of Echelon by default. In late June, Mr. Sheets backed out of the deal after selling his portion of ownership in PSG to his business partners and accepting a position with us as an Executive Manager (no ownership). The previous posters have bad information. Mr. Garth (Cgo6is) was informed, according to Mr. Sheets, on Tuesday, December, 13th, 2011 that Mr. Sheets owns no part (in whole or in part) of Echelon Protective Services and that we may seek legal action for libel against these two posters for failing to cease their misleading posts about Echelon Protective Services.
Their issue is soley with Praetorian Services Group (former registered limited liability company in the State of Colorado) and therefore have no cause or proof of misdoing bu Echelon Protective Services.
After an indepth investigation of Mr. Sheets and his previous ownership in PSG, we have concluded that majority of the statements and claims by these same posters is misleading, false and/or without proper facts and are posted with the sole purpose of discrediting Echelon Protective Services and Mr. Sheets.
