Check with the FTC and you will see that these clowns are just another cheap Florida boiler room operation out to rob and steal from people. Stay away from these crooks! |

Why do people like this prey on hard working Americans? They should be ashamed of themselves. |

Wow! I read the complaint from the FTC against these guys. What a bunch of low rent crooks. Steer clear! |

Look under Tony Columbo and you will find this guy has been banned from the industry before. Why do the authorities let him get away with this garbage? |

These frauds were busted before for running a boiler room. They called themselves Ace Financial. Then they became American Precious Metals. The Feds raided American Precious Metals aout 4 months ago. Ask these clowns who owns Premier Precious Metals. It's Tony Columbo, the banned head of Ace Financial. He was also part of the American Precious Metals fraud.
Every time they get caught ripping people off they just change their names. Do an internet search for Tony Columbo and Ace Financial and see what you get. Then ask him about American Precious Metals too. Why anyone would want to send these crooks money is beyond me. Do your homework and you won't! |

I get 25 calls a week from these morons. They keep calling my business and I tell them to take me of their list and nothing happens. I'm not surprised to see reports like this about them. What a bunch of scumbags! |

These guys are all a bunch of low rent crooks. They harass you into sending them money, promising that silver is going to take off. Well, try asking them about their commissions. Why would anyone spend 40% of their money on commissions?
If the market is so hot why don't they just charge 2% or 3% like a hedge fund and then take 20% of the profits? Why not? Because they want your money now! And they want it now because they could care less if metals go up or down as long as they get your money now. Don't be a sucker for these losers. Just another scumbag Florida boiler room! |

My husband and I sent Premier Precious Metals over $200, 000 to invest after being assure that this was a safe and risk-free investment. We are elderly and and can't afford to risk losing our savings. They never fully explained the commissions we had t pay until they got our money. By then it was too late. There was no way to get it back. The account executive was very persuasive and promised us we would make our money back very quickly and we were better off letting it grow with them than taking what was left back. That was a huge mistake. If we had taken our money back we would have got about $110, 000 of our $200, 000. But instead they lost almost all of our money and we got back $9, 000 out of a $200, 000 investment. Somebody needs to stop crooks like this from preying on the elderly. |

I lost over $30, 000 to these crooks and I got an attorney to go after them. He says he can get my money back and he only is going to charge me if he collects. Not a bad deal. Maybe I will get something back. At least I don't have to pay for it. His name is Russell Forkey. His phone is 954-514-9605. I hope he nails these clowns good! |

The State of Florida is going after crroks like these. Sooner or later they will get shut down. But in the meantime they just keep stealing from innocent hardworking people.
Check out the owner of this scam outfit, Tony/ Anthony Columbo. He was banned from the futures industry for running a boiler room. He was part of the American Precious Metals telemarketing scam that stole 40 million dollars from unsuspecting people. Look at the court documents. He got over 2 million dollars from that crime.
That crook is going to jail! I hope he has fun! |
