Travel by Owner Big promise - BIG SCAM Ocoee, Florida

We received a phone call from Deena Price from Travel By Owner with an offer for our timeshare. Deena said that she had an offer for our property for $27,320 and a deposit of $5000. She told us we needed to pay $1480.00 for closing costs and a title search. The sale would be completed between 30 and 45 days. If for any reason the sale was not completed due to error of the buyers their deposit of $5000.00 would automatically go to us. The 45 days came and went. I called several times, mostly leaving messages in the hopes of a return call. I documented each call and who I spoke with when I was able to reach a live person. When I asked for Deena I got a message that she was on a leave of absence and would not return until January 2012. By this time it was approaching the 60 day limit of requesting the credit card company to void the sale and return our funds. I contacted the bank and they credited the full amount of $1480. Travel by owner appealed the cancellation and the $1480 charge is now on our credit card statement again. They told the bank they are an advertising company and have no obligation to sell property. That is certainly not the story they told us. I have tried several times to contact Travel by Owner and they have not returned my calls. I requested a refund or the deposit made by the buyers.
