If anyone ever considers working or having a roof installed by precision roof contractors, please run, and fast. One of the owners Joey Messina is probably the biggest crook I have met in my 30 years as a contractor. This company witholds thousands of dollars in unpaid commissions from any sales rep who decides to leave the company. You will be expecting to get paid on Friday, and surprise surprise there is no check, even though you had earned commission from the previous week. To add insult to injury, Joey Messina will not even answer your phone calls, texts, or emails. I have personally sold close to a million dollars in roofs for this crook and he screwed me out of thousands of dollars in commissions when I decided to leave due to a job offer in my career field. His partner Scott Carlton is a jewish accountant that only cares about money, but will screw a sales rep over in a heartbeat even though it's the sales rep who feeds his family. Now not only is it not smart to work for this company, it's not a good idea to be a customer of them as well. They hire unlicensed and uninsured roofers to complete their roofs. The owners are so difficult to deal with they go threw roofing crews weekly, which means most likely a new crew will be working on your roof and the company has no idea if they even know how to roof or not. After the new roofing crew comes out and improperly installs a roof on your house, it will take them months to get back out there to fix it, yet will put your account into collections even though they have not followed through with their end of the bargain. This company also demands thousands of dollars typically weeks and months before a job has started. They do this because the organization is in poor financial health and they need that money to pay their suppliers and labor costs. If you want to work for this company or have them install a roof GOOD LUCK. Joey Messina is a sue happy crook who has about a hundred people in Charlotte who would love to see him again. Approach at your own risk, but you have been warned.
