Consumer Program Administrators, Inc MaxCare Extended Service Plans Company will not honor the warranty due to fabricated reasons Chicago, Illinois
26th of Jun, 2011 by User299175
The warranty company will not honor the warranty stating that someone "tampered" with the vehicle which is not true. Took my 2007 GL500 for repair to the Mercedes Dealership in Memphis, TN. The vehicle was purchased a year ago from CarMax Memphis, TN with an extended warranty. The warranty company Consumer Program Administrators, Inc. They said that they would not pay for covered repairs to the vehicle due to the vehicle being "tampered" with. Said that it looks like a bolt was missing. It is a very expensive repair $2400 and they are stating that the vehicle has been repaired previously. The vehicle has never been repaired that would involve an axial. Has only been taken to be serviced. The company leaves us on hold for 30 minutes or more only to disconnect the call once you ask for escalation to a manager. This totally unfair behavior to decline a covered problem for reasons that are false. I have been dealing with this for two weeks with no resolution!
