Original order was shipping only $4.95. Fine print said if not satisfied, could call number listed and cancel automatic shipment and billing. Tried to cancel after first payment ($89.95), went onto website and went to "cancel automatic shipment" area. Tried to click button to cancel, pop up came up advising "not able to cancel at this time, please try again". Tried several times, got same result. Tried calling, was on hold ranging from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. No one answered phone. Tried emailing, no response. They have now charged my account another $96.40. Had to cancel card to stop payments. I have emailed asking for refund of second payment, so far still no response. I keep trying the number provided and no one ever comes to the phone.

Paid $7.95 for trial order that was never received, charged the additional $89.95 on the twelfth day of trial (what trial?). Still no product. Following instruction on fine print - called to cancel automatic shipment and billing with no avail. No one answered, only an answering machine. Also tried to cancel on website which stated "not able to cancel at this time, please try again." Tried both several times, got same result. Sent 2 emails with no response. Cancelled card immediately.

Got a hold of another company by accident while trying to contact Power Diet (alias Power HCG) and found out Kevin Trudeau is running this scam and has done this before. He has been in trouble with FTC and is not allowed to sell products. Anyone falling victim should file a compaint with FTC.

I really wish I had found this site BEORE I ordered trial - product keeps coming, bills keep coming, I have returned shipments Refused returned to sender but to no avail (according to Terms and Conditions which they do not tell you when you order initially) Advised credit card company to review these charges - no response yet. Have again received shipment and I am sure billing will be forthcoming. Help - anyone having any success with getting refunds or credits??
