Plumbline Services Deceptive Pricing Denver, Colorado |

" scam! Our A/C unit broke down when we turned it on for the season. Seeing as I have no experience with A/C units I decided to call plumbline to take a look at it. With no experience and a lack of research I accepted the 1000.00 quote to replace the Condenser fan and the capacitor. After the technician came out, who I had NO problems with, he repaired the A/C in about an hour. After he had left I noticed that he left the price sheet for what he had paid for the parts. To my amazement the total cost for the parts were a little over $100.00! Now I'm no genius but even with a 100% mark-up of the parts the charged us $800.00 for labor - for 1 hour worth of work. Needless to say I was shocked and upset that I had been taken advantage of. I made a call to the dispatcher and said a manager would call me back to discuss the issue. As of yet I have yet to hear back. In conclusion- please stay away from this company. The gouge their customers without blinking an eye and take the money and run. I will never endorse this company or use it again. |

They gouged me for over $3, 000! I was told I needed "cleanouts" drilled into my main sewer line. During the work their bobcat damaged repeatedly banged into a major tree branch. Three weeks later, the branch broke and fell into my yard. We called the crew supervisor back out and he said there was no way his crew caused this, stating that the bobcat was actually parked on the other side of the tree. This is ridiculous because the spot where they parked the bobcat is still visibly worn in my yard. I sent a picture we took of the bobcat parked under the broken limb, so we shall see if I can get anywhere with that. Stay away! If I were into renting power tools and doing manual labor myself, I would not have called them in the first place. Chainsaw anyone? |

Ok, I recant what I said above. I just received a call from Bob, the service manager and he is sending a crew out to remove the timber. Also, I did agree to the $3, 000 service and so far my plumbing is working as advertised. I have no complaints and the customer service is great! |
