I was contacted by this man to come to work for this company. He made no mention of what he was going to pay me, and I had my reservations. I started asking him about where the airplane was because he didn't have any planes. He kept shwoing me a DOT contract, but couldn't provide any information about the planes, yet told me he was going to start flying in October. I was very direct in asking him about his operations and how he did business and everytime I questioned him he would get angry and defensive. When I started doing actual work for him, he told me that he was going to pay me on a contract basis. I continually questioned him about my salary and he never gave me a direct answer. He wanted me to set up reservations for people which was puzzling because there was no plane to take any passengers places. After doing several days work of work for him, I came into his office and asked for compensation for my services. At that point he started yelling and screaming at me and wrote me a check for 100.00. Shortly there after and many questions from me later he ended up firing me because he knew I was on to him, and threw me out of his office. After that I started doing some research on him and found out from his supposed "other" company IBC Airways that he was a total con artist. Appartently he has been running this airline scam for the past 5 years where he tells people he can charter planes to Haiti, collects their money and then pockets the rest and puts them on cheap commercial flights. He has scammed people out of thousands and thousands of dollars in the past few years and continually changes office locations and telephone numbers to run from the law. DO NOT do business with this man. He is a scammer! Anyone trying to make reservations on this phony airline DO NOT! Anyone even thinking of being employed by this man should check with The State of Florida first! They are investigating this business and a few other claims from former employees. |

Bryan Newsome, Ex Yellow Air Taxi, supposedly Longhorn table server in Ft Lauderdale, never worked for me, he begged me for a job when he lost his at Yellow Air taxi, as his "other half" was coming to live with him from NY, he even asked if, I would loan him the the money to purchase a car for him when he arrived.
I suggest that he gathers all his evidence against me for when I put him and others in front of a judge and to stop both of them from asking for money to remove these unfounded and completely false complaints, there is a word for it called 'extorsion' .
This law suit will cost me money, but in the end I will have satisfaction from their corrupt ways |
