The only clear thing about Perfect Select Rewards is that they get the "getaway". Terms and loopholes are numerous and no way to rectify! How this separates the serious traveler from the not-serious traveler accurately eludes me. The flyer is designed to be the envelope which causes confusion as how to include another envelope. The lack of a stamp on an envelope has determined that we were not serious -- beware. That $1.00 worth of preparation determined that we would not pay the portion that might've made this company money -- seriously??? Not the fact that we attempted several times to contact them and check on our processing or purchased passports -- not serious enough yet. To add insult to injury, we too were scalded by rude customer service. Her uncaring reponse leads me to believe that she must drop the bomb continuously. Even more evidence that this program must be designed primarily with a "weed-out" policy rather than true reward. If someone sees this, please send your envelope. Granted you do everything else right, enjoy a trip that my husband and I were really excited about. Otherwise, join the jilted rest.
