unotherized money taken off my bebit card
30th of Jun, 2015 by charles jones
I canceled my membership with senior people meet.com which included turning off automatic renewal. thinking everything was fine until money was taken off my bank card for renewal of subscription. I am still in shock. accounting shows I had auto renewal turned off on 6 of june. on the 26 of june it was turned back on, the subscription few taken off my card and then turned back off again. all done to imply and stated that it was I that was turning it off and on. boldly stole money off my bank card and so far have gotten away with it. I was watching for scammers among members, I most certainly wasn't expecting the scamming to be coming from the site itself. this has all just happened, I am just now realizing/finding out I am not the only one. like others have stated: customer service removed. who does a person (me) go to too complain? trying to communicate with the senior people meet on a business level is 'no way' , once I joined and they had access to my bank card, they turned on the auto response to every question asked. there is no way to actually communicate with someone at senior people meet. of course when I joined I was not expecting the scamming to be coming from the inside, I have yet to figure out who to report this to. this is the start of my battle with them. anyone reading this has any ideas that may help me stop this thievery, scamming from honest citizens, is greatly appreciated. Thank you * Charlie jones*

I do not know how I ended up on this site (this is a site? ) I am having a real problem, with a real site (senior people meet) rip me off. I was pushing buttons to see if I could find a legitimate organization hunting down scammers. some how I ended up here filling out a report, thinking it was the first step in stopping an company from scamming/ stealing from people. now it seems it is not that at all. it seems this keep consumers informed is a site to count heads only. they don't seem to actively do anything. which would be helpful to me is say: contact these people, they are the ones that handle scammers. am I missing something here.i am the one that got ripped off. there is no one to turn to for help? I even tried Norton security. I pay them money to what? not much of a security that lets a company steal from me on the inside. while trying to file a report with them, they were trying to sell me something. what a joke. well I am not laughing. if anyone knows who I can go to for help with this problem, please let me know. thanks.
