PAYPAL PAYPAL OWES ME $718.59 MY ACCOUNT WAS FROZE IN A PROCESS OF ME TRANSFERING 700.00 TO THE ACCOUNT. I HAVE RECORD OF THIS AND YET THEY WONT REFU

Paypal.com froze my account because of what they said was to "protect me" and when they limited the account or froze it i had just barley started a transfer of funds through my "comfirmed" bank account. And so i thought the transaction would just be cancelled. Then later that day i went to withdraw money out of my bank account for gas. My ATM was declined? So i said to myself it must of been deposited into my paypal account. Then I got online to check out my balance which showed me it was only $18.59 USD I transfered 700.00 into the account in the exact time that my account was being limited. My bank statement I sent a copy to Paypal and they responded VIA email with a notice that because i started a dispute using the account that was comfirmed with them in the first place. The emai said this: (copy)Hello steve spiers, You recently tried to transfer funds from your AMERICA FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION bank account. This is the second time that AMERICA FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION has declined your funds transfer, so this transaction has been canceled. Because AMERICA FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION declined your transfer, this transaction has been canceled. Thanks, PayPal -OK sounds good but where is my money? My account i have with ebay is crashing because i owe funds for shoping online. i cannot do anything about it because paypal has my money and is responsible for the error in whatever system they have. that $700.00 was all the money i really have and i am taking care of my grandfather who has lung cancer and needs his medication. I have sent paypal multiple emails and i am just being advoided. I want to close that account and make the paypal business go down hill. You should never trust Paypal they are criminals and scam artists. I have a lawyer who is working on my lawsuit.But i know that is a process and i need my money now!~
