| Orientalexpress4422 bought my good cast cutter saw on ebay for $203.50. He then turned around and stated that I did not send the saw in my listing, that I sent him a broken, chipped and worn out saw in which he is returning for a refund. Paul Farber also goes by the ebay name of titanium4422. I discovered this when I was researching this crook. Under titanium4422, he tried to get me to sell the saw outside the ebay bidding process. He offered $300 to sell it to him now. He was trying to cheat the ebay policies. I said "no". If I had the saw he described, it would only make sense to sell it at this time since it would not be covered by the ebay protection program. He then bought the saw under his second ebay name of orientalexpress4422 for $203.50. He said I sent him a junk saw. I took pictures of the saw returned to me by Paul Farber and it is NOT the very good saw I sent to him. He deals is saws and was trying to get mine for free and dispose of one of his junk saws. I submitted pictures of my saw and his saw, I opened his returned saw with gloves to prove that the only finger prints on it are his, I contacted people he cheated on ebay and submitted the email replies of how he cheated them. Ebay finally refunded the $203.50 to me but I am do not know what happened to Paul Farber. Ebay probably has let this scammer get away with cheating since he has the ebay store called U.S. Cast Cutter Supply. The physical store in Willow Grove, PA is NOT listed with the B.B.B. and I could not find the store listed under any state or city licences. The physical store is called The Cast Cutter Repair Center. Beware of this guy. He has cheated people before, cheated me now and will cheat others in the future. |

| I have been in business for 25 years. In 25 years of doing business, I am aware of 3 people who have written complaints about me, or my business. Ebay is full of scam artists. Above shows 2 of the many scam artists found on Ebay. I have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Rating on Ebay with 7 years of business experience. If there are ANY bona fide customers who can actually document transactions with NAMES, DATES and TIMES, please do. I ask this, because I know there are not any. You can call virtually any Orthopedic Surgery practice in the USA and receive an outstanding reference about our company. You'll also notice that there are no names associated with any of these "complaints". The truth is this; if there were legitimate customers who actually wish to step forward and supply factual accounts of some mis-doing on our part, I'd welcome it. But all we have here are some subversives who would like to damage the reputation of someone who worked hard to establish a reputation for success. |

Our Ebay Store is, U.S. Cast Cutter Supply. We have, and ALWAYS have had 100% positive feedback rating from our customers. Further, I believe if you check with Ebay directly, they could confirm for you that we have NEVER had to refund a penny to ANY customer, for ANY reason. We pride ourselves in dealing fairly, and honestly with all customers. Websites like this one can be platforms for people who wish to damage the reputations of other, more successful companies; as evidenced by the fact that no proof, no identity, no veracity is required to make a damaging statement. |
