This man or lack there of hired me through my father. I worked for him and trained myself well, within the two weeks I had worked for him I made a $375.00 sale (which he took the check from and cashed and kept) and had another appointment that had looked promising. I was promised $300.00 a week base pay as well as commissions on any sales I would or might make.
I worked hard for this fraud and waited what I thought was patiently and turned out to be foolishly for him to pay me the money that I had earned from making cold calls, writing the script, training myself and making actual appointments and sales.
He really is an evil individual Mr. Paul Darcy Jr. I have been unemployed for so long which is why he may have so easily swindled me, I was looking for a break and I thought I had found one. I honestly was so thrilled and relieved to have a job, I worked very hard for him to prove that despite not having luck with finding employment that I could and would do a terrific job.
I had earned $700.00 dollars and was so excited. I thought I was going to be able to afford a bed because I currently don't have one that is in decent condition and I thought I might be able to save up as the job went along and get myself ahead. No, instead this cruel soulless thief too money which I contributed to his 'company' and has avoided paying me repeatedly. He owes my father $1,800.00 dollars as well, my father is who hired me for Mr.Darcy and the money he is owed is suppose to be going towards the rent in our apartment. Turns out he isn't getting paid either so thanks to this writhing wriggling worm of a human we might be homeless soon and he is laughing all the way to the bank.
I really can not fathom why Paul Darcy Jr would do this to me or to anyone but I am especially concerned about myself and my father right now. I have a question for Paul because he has responded to other reports on here and I just really would like to know how you can do this to anyone? I needed the money that I earned, not just want but need. I have nothing and it isn't right that you lied to me about having money to pay me and I went out and I earned money for your company. I also am going to pursue legal action, I don't care if what ever settlement I get ends up going to the lawyer I hire as long as I get you to pay what is owed. I really think you belong in jail because what you did wasn't just fraudulent it was evil. How can you look yourself in the mirror knowing you are probably the reason my family is going to be homeless? How could you have cashed that check I had a client send you, knowing that you would not and could not pay my salary and that your business was illegitimate? I really want to know what your defense is because all I can see is that I worked and did my job to be left standing with nothing. Also I recently broke my ankle so the money that I have earned I need to pay for my prescriptions and to help pay my medical bills. Please if you ever have the opportunity to work for this man, don't. He is a cheat, a liar, a thief and soulless. Absolutely down right no good and evil. How another human can negatively effect so many others at the young age of 24 is beyond me. Bravo Paul Bravo you really do not have a care in the world or regard for others. I meant every word I wrote here and I am going to pursue legal action and I hope you end up in prison for committing fraud. I filled out the tax forms you made me fill out and I have the client I made a sale to and the other that I had a meeting with and I will use all evidence I have against you. I just really hope one day that all the hurt and drama and backlash you caused comes back to haunt you in all pursuits in the future. A person like you does not deserve another chance you deserve jail time, you are a thief and a petty pathetic evil human being for doing this to people again and again.
