Pass-Guaranteed.com Practice exam is garbage 640-816 Wimbledon, Internet |

I have used Pass-Guaranteed in the past with little annoyance. One thing I did notice is that in their practice exams to help prepare for the actual tests, are stamped with "Pass-Guaranteed.com" over top of the diagrams. THis is extremely intrusive as much of the information needed to answer the test questions is under the stamp. When they developed the diagram they gave no thought on placement of the stamp and with many questions, it is impossible to retrieve the information needed to answer the question. This issue is so prevalent in the test prep for Cisco's 640-816 exam, that many of the practice questions are either illegible or the diagram has nothing to do with the question. I sent an email to pass-guaranteed voicing my displeasure about this practice exam. They sent an email back saying that because I have bought other products of theirs then I have no reason to complain. I asked for the non-stamped version of the exam so that I could prepare, and additionally feel as though I got what I paid for. Again I was denied. I asked for a refund because I feel as the value is not there with this product, and I was refused again. Then I was accused of trying to use their junk product to teach students. I gave them alternatives to protecting their intellectual property such as single user licenses and watermarks that were less intrusive. Of course all of these ideas which are standard in the IT sector were not good enough. Pass-Guaranteed feels it is necessary to stamp directly over the very information you are trying to extract to answer any given question, sometimes they stamp the same diagram three times. This product and company is garbage. I recommend staying away from this company, their customer service is horrible and even without the stamps over the tops of the diagrams, the product looks like a fifth grader created it. The product is full of spelling and grammatical errors and many of the diagrams don't even go with the question being asked. The editor of this product should be shot. |
