Parsons Pest Management Parsons Pest Control Unable to supply order and no refund! Dallas, Texas

Ordered gopher control supplies on Apr.19/11 with payment through PayPal. Received email from Company advising items back ordered but expect to ship with maximum of 10 days. Order not received and no response to emails. I cancelled order and requested refund, both by email and phone but nothing despite numerous additional calls. Company acknowledged refund due and despite promises no refund received to date.

We try our best to communicate with the customer, however some customer are in the midst of company changes..growing pains. We are so sorry this customer had a bad experience and will be paying attention to customer service now and in the future. We were told by paypal they refunded these customers who had paid in this manor. This customer has been refunded through Paypal.
