10/16/10 Purchased what I thought was a Certified used car with a 6 year/100,000 miles bumper warranty. 11/20/10 returned after 3 attempts for key and brakelight. 11/27/10 returned because of suspicion of brake problem. Asked to pay $120 for diagnostic and cost of possible repair. I told them car is Certified used and I have had it just a little over 30 days, I was not coming up certified.

Spoke with GM who stated that took off certification due to fianancing, I was never notified that there was a fee assessed or that it was removed or it would be done resulting in loss of 6 year/100, 000 warranty. He will not honor his initial deal and now this is awy of getting money out of the customer for repairs from customers for cars that they have just bought.

I contacted Corporate GM, they have no control over what the franchise do, they can stick up customers and GM does not care. This is what America is coming to now. This why used car sales have this reputation. I just need my car fixed and certified.
